~Distanceは作用し、作品となる~
Distanceは、A地点とB地点を設定することで立ち上がる概念である。
そして、その設定は人によって異なる。
2025年、GOLDEN NUGGETSのメンバーたちはオーストラリア、東京、軽井沢、青森へと生活拠点を移した。
物理的な距離、時間、振動数、リズム、身体感覚、社会構造、記憶。それぞれ異なるA地点／B地点の設定と、そこから生まれる各々のDistanceを起点に、絵画、立体、映像、身体表現、楽曲を展開する。
東京を中心に活動するコレクティブ GOLDEN NUGGETSによる9回目の展示を、COURTYARD HIROO（東京・広尾）にて開催する。
Distance Takes Effect and Becomes Art
Distance is a concept that emerges when points A and B are defined.
And that definition varies from person to person.
In 2025, the members of GOLDEN NUGGETS relocated to Australia, Tokyo, Karuizawa, and Aomori.
Physical distance, time, frequency, rhythm, bodily sensation, social structure, memory. Taking as their starting point the distinct configurations of Point A and Point B—and the unique distances that arise from them—the group develops works spanning painting, sculpture, video, physical performance, and music.
The collective GOLDEN NUGGETS, based in Tokyo, will hold its ninth exhibition at COURTYARD HIROO (Hiroo, Tokyo).

GOLDEN NUGGETSは友人たちのイラストリレーから始まったコレクティブです。2016年に結成し、現在、国内外10人のメンバーから構成されています。彼らの活動の中心は観客のコミュニケーション促進としています。
